Speaker: Matt Supinski
Matthew Supinski bio– I have been guiding my amazing waters in Michigan for 37 years. I was blessed with my fly fishing passion in my youth growing up fishing in the Great Lakes of Lake Ontario and Lake Erie watersheds of my youth in Niagara; and Lake Huron watershed rivers at our families’ summer home from 6 years old. Those early years, along with living latter as a boy In the Baltic Corridor of Poland and its wonderful trout and salmon rivers that ran through our families’ farm, molded me to embrace and chase these fish my whole life. Today and for the past 34 years I have lived and guided and fished on the amazing waters of the Lake Michigan and Lake Superior rivers and streams, thus coming full circle in my inland sea and rivers passion of the greatest freshwater trout, salmon and steelhead wonderland on the planet. In addition to my guiding and fly fishing travel around the world from my previous career of being a corporate hotelier/ chef, I have authored 6 books, titles like: Steelhead Dreams, The Orvis Pocket Guide to Great Lakes Salmon and Steelhead, Selectivity-Trout, Salmon and Steelhead and The Brown Trout-Atlantic Salmon Nexus.
